SPECS cameras Upper Thames St
I drive central London to east London everyday, and the only route I have managed to find recently that isn't jammed is the Embankment.
It appears Ken has also noticed this is the only route across town that flows, so he's decided to narrow the lanes on Upper Thames St and put in a 20mph zone with SPECS cameras both ways for about 3/4 of a mile, bringing the whole area west of Tower Bridge to a standstill in rush hour.....
And it must be making a fortune since it went in on Tuesday as people are still going through at 40mph +
