Question bad posture

just watched a friends wedding video and notice in that my posture is rather bad. i seem to be leaning forward slightly. now i do suffer from bad backs from time to time which i would imagine has somthing do do with my posture. is there nything i can do to improve my posture? i do feel quite concious of myself when i do stand more upright, feel a little arrogant, if that makes any sence.

I suffer with bad backs, sometimes very bad indeed, ie, can't move!
Visit the cryopraco (my spelling is sh!te) person at least 4 times a year.

Generally put it down to bad seating position in front of the computer over the last 12 years.

Decent chair, good lumber support, good seating position will help.
