Split with long term missies(4years) and no going back.

Now im emotionally ****ed.
Just finally got the gym back on track after lossing a stone but im looking better for it

but ive complety cut booze out altogether.

Now im stumpted dont know wtf to do.

routine, routine, routine. Get routine in your life have things you do at certain times and on certain days. This will give you a feeling of control and allow you to plan your week to ensure that you have lots to fill the time. It'll also mean you make good gains at the gym, etc making you feel more positive. A few months of this and you'll start to notice your slowly getting it back together again

Whatever you do don't lie around and moan about things. You have to try to get your head down and occupy yourself for a while to allow the 'rawness' to fade.

yeh, know how you feel, it hurts bad to lose someone. You just gotta get out in the wide world and start to enjoy the freedom of going where you like, when you like. Well done for not boozing its not the answer. You will be suprised how quickly your life will come around, once the girls know your free and easy.

Super_si I know what you're going through honestly! my GF of 2.5 years dumped me for one of my mates and I still don't know why, she wouldn't tell me what was wrong or why she did it. the guy was a friend of mne but TBH was a boring ****.

She meant the world to me and I have never been so heart broken or upset, but life goes on M8 just try and forget her it is hard but try, go out and do things as if she was never around, we split 4 months ago but basically it started 6 months ago, I was the last to know about it. You will get over it even though you don't think so at the moment. Go out and have fun, it will be expensive but do it, and I don't mean hookers etc just don't mope around as it will! drag you down and give you ample thinking time.

Terry it was £30 and the odds were 30:1 im 15kg but i doubled that, which in theory using a 1rm calculator is 197kg and ive 4/5months yet

How long have you been split up Si? It takes a long time to get your own routine/life/head sorted after a longterm relationship that you were relatively happy & settled in. It also makes a difference whether it was your choice to split in the first place & you have to deal with the rejection, bitterness etc as well.
