Rally drivers have always proved themselves to be the more rounded drivers.
Schumacher is going to get scalped!

IIRC Seb Loeb won it last year and the year before that he came second. My moneys on Loeb. Cant wait for this to start tomorrow, the fridge is fully stocked with Grolsche for this one

Don't discount Sarrazin or Gronholm either.
Expect Coulthard to be wholly un-impressive, then blame the car and state that he will win the 2006 ROC.
Jeff Gordon has put in a strong showing in past ROC events too I think.

Any other US based expats? What channel is this on? As far as I can tell it's only on HDNet which I can't get. It's not on Speed Channel
Anyone know of any regular non high def channels that are carrying it?

Sorry mate, but it's only live on HDNet only and highlights on Speed on Dec 12!!

Still that'll make up for Speed covering all the F1 Qualis and Practice whereas we only get ITV's pathetic attempts at 'taking F1 coverage to new heights'

You forgot that Speed run F1 Decade, so we had the 1994 season's races shown before this years races, along with Steve I-used-to-work-for-Benetton-aren't-Renault-doing-well Matchett's pithy behind the scenes commentary
