Default What’s more accurate…

The speedo on my Scooby or the speed that is shown on my Sat Nav. When I’m doing 74 in the scoob it shows 70 on my sat Nav (XDA II running TOM TOM 3 and bluetooth and TOMTOM receiver.
I suspect it's my sat nav but how accurate is it.

GPS, can't remember exactly but it is something like +-0.5mph

Read the tech spec on TomTom at www.tomtom.com and it will tell you. GPS indicated speed is very accurate compared to a speedo, however, the faster you go, the less accurate it becomes, and of course there is always a slight lag during acceleration and decelleration
