Wink Valentines breaks in Europe.

Just come back from a long weekend away in Paris with the GF and want to book somewhere in europe for Valentines. Do any of the romantics amongst us have any ideas/experiences of romantic breaks away? Barcelona?, Prague?....... your Ideas will be very gratefull.

Cheers

Steve.

cheap airline to rome we had a fantastic time there last year
i think it 40 quid each way and we stayed at the opera hotel not far from the station
loads of sites all walking distance apart
also the small cheaper family run cafes have better tasting food than the expensive full frills ones

waky

I've just come back from Prague, i reckon it'd be an awesome place to take your other half. Charles Bridge at night was full of couples in the starlight. Excellent restaurants, bars for all tastes (young/old/quiet/noisy), beautiful scenery, nice friendly people.

Of course, if you don't have an other half it's an ideal place to find one.

I'm off back there ASAP!

LOL! Prague is looking the favourite at the moment. I've been looking at quite a few hotels and the prices dont seem too bad. I am due to go on a stag do there next year too so could try and sample some of the "scenery" if i can get the GF to fall out with me whilst we're there!!! Screaming the ex's name during a passionate session should do the trick!!....ah hum......
