CCTV cameras
can anybody recomend any?
not really needing a colour one (although it would be nicer)
ive seen loads on ebay, are these little ones any good?
sumbodys trying to sell me one that apperntly cost him £300
now £300 is a lot when you can get sum on ebay for £40ish
not sure if its relevant or not but its going to be mounted outside high up on a pole (so will be affected by the weather)

Hi,
If it is going to be used up a pole, think about how wide you want the angle of view. Is it to focus in on a particular area, or is it for a wide overview?
I quite difficult to get a picture in the dark if you buy a cheap one, a day/night one would be your best bet. Go to a specialist, don't listen to anyone who is trying to sell you one off Ebay!
Gardiner Security will be able to point you in the right direction, even though it may cost more. One in most areas: http://www.gardinersecurity.co.uk/index.asp
Probably doesn't help, sorry!
