This news story looks like people whose cases were involved might be able to appeal as it was fabricated evidence? Worth a try if you've lost your licence becasue of him.

Any lawyers got any comments?

"I've had a number of conversations about this this morning, including Ray Massey of the Daily Mail.

We're becoming almost certain that the error is widespread. We need evidence of it from somewhere other than North Wales for a Daily Mail story tomorrow if at all possible.

I'm hoping we can co-ordinate an effort and examine some signatures on witness statements. If signatures are overly similar then they will have been machine generated and we have a very big story.

Are there any pairs of folk here who know they have similar cases in the same area who could try to compare signatures? "
