When I was a kid growing up in the late 70's and early 80's, whenever a bomb went off in the middle east, it was always Yasser Arafat who claimed responsibility. The Palestine Liberation Organisation was one of the worst terrorist groups going.
Now he is an old man, people seem to have forgotten the misery and suffering he caused.

BBC headlines currently say that the Paris hospital denies that Arafat is dead.
