A friend is in the process of buying a flat which he has been renting for the past 3 years. He is still getting mail for 5 or 6 of the previous owners.

Someone has mentioned that addresses are no longer blacklisted but only the names and addresses and that the only problem he may have is if his name is the same as a previous blacklisted owner (which it's not). He thinks that some of the previous tenants may have had bad credit.

Is that correct? I always thought it was the address that was blacklisted?
