P.S. got about 200 naked pics of her and 27 movie clips, and one actual video for my divorce celebration......shecould have made this so easy, now i am stronger i am not going to lie down for anyone.

OK, let me get this right, she and you have entered into a legally binding contract to pay the rent? Is this contract between you and her, or you, her, and the landlord? If it's you and her vs the landlord, well, from my viewpoint, it's legally binding, so her not paying is breaking the contract and thus the landlord can, and from the sounds of it, will, go after her, so she's being silly.
I'd suggest maybe taking some legal advice about this, find out where you stand legally if she's defaulting on payments.
As for the pictures and vid clips, lol, much as most of us would no doubt love to be emailed them (you will get hung, drawn, and quartered by the mods if you were to post them on here) don't, might sound like a good idea, but trust me, it's not, it'll do more harm than good.

Seriously, seeing as it is definitely over, why don't you get a lodger to help you with rent/bills. Could help until you can get out of the contract.

Thats exactly what I was going to say.
Rent out a room and get yourself some cash.
Will do you some good to have someone fresh around the house for a bit of company.
And she'll get the message that you are moving on.

Well the good news is that it sounds like you realise that you're better off without her - that's 90% of the battle. Keep going mate. What goes around comes around - I'm sure she'll realise how much of a brat she's been. You never know; you may even get an apology one day!

Well, let the landlord go after her and let her cry to mummy and daddy, it's not your problem anymore, and it might make you feel better to know she's now getting fecked over too.

And also, having a contract with the lodger means that she won't be able to come back, so you'll not have her back if she wanted to anyway..... And if you did, then you are a sucker! Meant in the nicest possible way.
