If you read the feedback lots of people have complained about slow delivery. Wouldn't give up yet. Have you tried the contact member tab at the top? Email them politely. Save the wrath for after you've recieved the item! Has eBay stopped his account maybe because of non account payment?

I work in the transport industry, it isn't uncommon for packages to go astray for a while. frustrating I know, but it could actually be a mistake by the transport company before you start having a go at the sender......

If you paid with Paypal, you can do a chargeback within 30 days of the end of the auction.
Email the seller for a response, tell him you will do a chargeback and leave neg feedback if he can't come up with a reasonable explaination for the delay.

I know how you feel.
Just been conned out of £28 to save £12 in the shops
The bloke had a 44 100% feedback as well. He does not seem to be trading anymore, so he will not care if I neg him

Well, it would certainly help the tax people who must (at some stage) start looking at the amount people trade on there.

lol at that feedback scam.
you advertise those ebook things. buy it now 99p. someone else in the "game" buys them from you. doesn't pay ad you both give positive feedback. in 90 days (or whatever it is) those links will not be availble in their feedback and a buyer will not know that most of their feedback is not worth a jot.
