id been led to believe they were less than that, all bs aside it looks like a nice car, it would be nice to talk to someone who has seen it in the flesh.

hence the question.

They're 280bhp standard aren't they? Legal limit in japan, but with more torque than a normal WRX due to the 2.2L block. Apparently.

thats what I thought anyway.

I asked loads of questions that he hasnt bothered to reply to yet.

the thing that pi55es me off, is that its such low mileage and is in perfect condition, why billy bull5hit on the add? surely anyone thats going to pay that much for a car is going to know what it is?

Weird isn't it. people on www.p1woc.co.uk are debating a "P1" for sale in the Autotrader (in Scotland) that looks like a 22B in the photo, i mean unless he used a wrong file photo, why advertise a 22B as a P1?!

I know the owner and the car. Damian is a top bloke and not a bull$hitter. It's absolutely mint and he's gutted to have to sell it, It's one of the lowest mileage examples in the world, you wouldn't believe how clean it is, you could eat your dinner from the inside of the wheels. I've been lucky enough to have a drive of it and if only I had the money.........

The 380bhp comment was refering to the magazine reviews at the time it came out, the way the torque is delivered led a mag to believe the true power figure was between 350-380bhp.

There is nothing 'fishy' or 'bull$hit' about this car. As I've already said it is absolutley spotless. I don't believe you could find a finer example. You only have to veiw it in the flesh and the car does all the talking.

It is a clean and VERY nice car, no one was doubting that, but how would a magazine arrive at that figure without taking it on a dyno, it seems the bloke doing the article was talking pie in the sky

Hi James i own the 22B for sale on e-bay just got round to replying to your post. A few people on here know the condition of the car and the power quote of around 350 bhp came from a motoring article when the 22B was first driven.

All the pics ive posted are of my own car and are genuine pics i dont know where the mix up with a P1 came from but its no mis-match from my end
