Nokia 6310i
Has anybody got one of these phones? I know they're officially discontinued now but since my SE T610 has given up the will to live I've decided I now want a phone with no gimmicks, no joysticks, games, cameras or silly ringtones anymore and this seems to be just the trick.
Only important things are bluetooth for my headset, and nice big buttons so I don't end up pressing 2 at once
Probably going to pick one up at the weekend but just wanted to know what people think of them.
Cheers
David

I love my 6310 although have a sony ericsson now too (I do like the tunes LOL)
6310's a bit on the large side But the buttons are just so easy to use
Keeping hold of mine... had the full install handsfree in-car kit as well...

I've got one too
I upgraded last year to a 6100, but after a couple of weeks went back to the 6310 (maily coz I kept losing the other one in my handbag!!! oh & the car kit )
a great phone, just a shame there is nothing similar replacing it

After much ringing round I've found a certain shop with 1 new phone left in stock so looks like I am going to go over and get it at the weekend, certainly seems to be popular enough with everyone

they are awesome phones, Ive looked at upgrading a couple of times but in end stick with it because for a no-nonsense phone you cant get better IMHO, all you get now are silly little gimmicks like cameras!

Think Nokia are missing a trick by not having a straight replacement "grown-up" business phone. Plenty of people just want a dependable phone with easy to use S/W and no gimmicks.

I've got a 6310i because it is the latest no nonsense phone that will work in my car kit. so when it brakes I am stuffed for a replacement unless I buy a new car kit aswell.

i can feel a group buy coming on for 6310i's, our company has i think about 5 people with these silver phones, and i bet its nearing upgrade time as some of the others have got the new 6230, so i might have a little word in the acct managers ear

one is for work, one is my own
We are about to upgrade next week to P900's, but no doubt the Directors will get all the old phones to give to their family members again !!

Ive also got one of these (my company phone). As has been said they just do everything thats needed, and nothing more.
Do look very dated next to virtually everything else tho - not even colour screen!

A little note: despite what Orange say, you can still get them , if you are on good terms with your account manager, ie u aint pissed em off and spend £2K+ a month. We just got 6 from our account manager but they are getting "hens teeth" status because they are one of the few phones that "does what it says on the box"

I got a 6230 - fell into the 'need camera' mentality. Good little phone, however I had the 6210e then the 6310i - mum uses former and I still have latter as a pay-as-you-go. I found it to be a great phone - only thing was the display type looks dated - otherwise great phone.
