Replacing nicotine addiction with.............

........ nicotine

For me it was Allen Carr's book that worked after many failed attempts, but I guess it's whatever works for you.

Good luck for kicking it anyway mate

I was staying in a non-smoking household so had to go outside every time I wanted a *** and it was cold and wet so I couldn't be bothered. Eventually I realised I'd been two days without one and hadn't even noticed so decided to carry on. I'd been on at least 20 a day for over twenty years That was over three years ago and I've never looked back, in fact I can't stand the smell of it now and feel soooo much healthier, not to mention richer

If I'd realised earlier in my life how bad smokers smell I would've given up years and years ago but, unfortunately whilst you're a smoker you can't smell your own or other people's cigarettes. I feel ashamed that I must've smelt so bad and made so many other people suffer my disgusting smoke...

Patches really do help m8 - just don't get complacent and try and come off the patches too quick - stick it out on them for at least a month

Good luck!!!
