Can a property be bought for cash without requiring all the usual ID checks etc
If someone bought a house for cash would they have to go through all the usual pain in the a$$ checks to prove you are who you say you are i.e. like when buying with a mortgage.
Obviously solicitors would still be involved but no estate agent and no lenders.
Just a straight cash sale.
