Default HELP! Who controls Radio Wave Emissions?

This is not a joke!
Here in Aberdeen (also reported in the Press) we have some kind of phenomenon which is being attributed to faulty radio wave emisions.
In certain parts of the city, it is causing central locking systems and immobilisers to fail.
It happened to me about 5 weeks ago, and I had to get my 993TT transported to local OPC who diagnosed a faulty key fob. Paid my £150 for all this and then read the article. My road is specifically mentioned and quite a few of my neighbours have been affected.
Now it has happened to me again! Hopefully, I will have the car towed several hundred yards away and it should again work.
However, in the longer term I want to find out who is responsible.

Link to the Press coverage attached.

Any help appreciated.

Thumbs down

I had a problem about 20 years ago, where my reception of ANYTHING on AM was destroyed by inerference like a drill being used.

I couldn't get ANYONE interested:

It stopped after about 6 months, but by that time, I'd given upon radio, and local FM was CRAP!

It used to the Radiocommunications Agency but that has now merged into OFCOM:

No news but thanks for the heads up. One of the Girls in the Office was just about to get her hubby to take apart the Key fob to see what was wrong with her locking (Holborn Street area).

I bet someone at the old Northsound studios has found a big switch and wandered what it did ???
