Been trying to top my sons phone up now since Saturday, been onto 02 cust services and they tell me there top up line has been dead since Friday and have no idea when it will be restored even asked them to if there was a way they could top it up and they can't even doing from there end

come on 02 get it sorted, my lads driving me nuts, with can i use ur phone dad all the blinking time
