Does anyone know how to fix the following problem?

when using tv out svhs cable from pc to tv, and scart cables are plugged into tv they create diagonal lines on the screen.

If I unplug the scart cables it fixes it, but it is a bit of a pain to remove everytime.
I have not put in pc forum as seems to be a scart/tv problem?

Have you managed to isolate the conflict, i.e. is there one particular scart which is plugged in when the problem shows up?

if anything is plugged into back of tv it causes it. all scarts create the same problem

A muppet mate of mine said " go round all over the screen with a magnet and that'll solve the problem".I wouldnt do that but I would say chech the tvs back if anything else is plugged
