Well, I'm a Conservative Socialist
I think many people here are right wing or centre (right and left) and the odd leftie. Problem is, many right wingers think they are in the centre and brand all the centre people as lefties. The fact that many people here don't know the difference between asylum seekers and illegal immigrants highlights this.

Fair do's although I was using that as an example of people with semi (or fully!) extreme views portraying them as moderate which they are not.

I believe in moderation of attitude, and fair and honest government for altruistic reasons. Extremes in either direction have always led to disaster.
It would be good to see some real government for the benefit of the electorate of this country. Haven't seen much of that for a very long time!
So I'll be where ever those ideals put me.
