Just wondered, as I seem to suffer severely with hot food, but not every time. A friend of mine told me that she believes its only green chillies that do this, if they've turned red/yellow or are this colour from the off, you should be okay.

Any truth in this ??

They can do, (not everytime) as well as strong Jalepeno's. I've witnessed this.

well after sopme strong chillis in something like a chicken jalfrezi my guts are always twisted up the next day, also grow my own chilli plants and can get some frickin hot ones of them and it doesn't matter if they are green or red!

regardless of colour, if they are powerfull enough you will have p1ss out of your bottom the day after. Best mixed with something fibrous to get the full tyrolean render effect on the pan - building sites only.

Just put the bog roll in the fridge & stop moaning you tart.
