Origin B2 problems some help please....

Origin B2 problems some help please....
When i first got my B2 i was messing with it and saved the location of my house as a user way point, i then wanted to delete the location as it gets a bit anoying it going off everytime i get home.
So reading the insrtuctions when in alert mode you press button 3 and it should remove it, but this doesnt do anything.
Can someone with a B2 try this and see if they can deleate a user way point.
Origin have not been any help so far and i just wondered if its just my unit or a problem accross the whole lot.

yes exchanged about 10 emails asking my to try variouse things that didnt cure it...
got a phone call last week from someone who said they would look into it, heard nothing since.
