you couldnt make that sort of stuff up, completely unbelievable
Hussain's lawyer told the court he is acting under a law which would allow the compensation order to be overturned "in the interests of justice".
What interest of justice exactly?

This is Blair's Britain.

The guy was yet another person who was banned from driving even though he doesn't have a licence anyway. When are they gonna ever sort this out? Well, they aren't when there's foxhunting to sort out which, given the amount of parliament time on the subject, is far more important to Tony Blair.

That is unbelievable. The scum-bag should be made to pay for what he did. People like that are a total drain on society and I take it his legal costs are being pade for by the state!!! Makes my MFGD blood boil when I read about scum like that. No other word for them SCUM.

No arguments about him being scum, however they can only get away with this sort of thing while the system allows it. Change is needed but I won't hold my breath.

let's hope he gets his wish and the £2500 compensation is overturned. It is a disgustingly low figure for paralysing a young kid. A perfect opportunity for the CPS to do something worthwhile for a change.

Aye Steve you're right, the CPS could and should re-submit a revised claim and make the bastid pay it weekly by allowing good honest citizens to kick him as hard as they can in the knackers for £1.00 a go.

To55 pot i would be very disapointed if i didn't hear in a few weeks time that now his name and address are known, the good people of Rochdale dont take him out and show him a rope!
