Bitter Ironies of Age
Why is it that now I can afford to buy decent alcohol (as opposed to Thunderbird) - I have lost my tolerance of hangovers.
And why is it that now I've moved up the career ladder enough to start late some mornings to compensate for the late evenings worked, I'm too knackered to party during the week to make the most of the lie in.

I've become intolerant to caffeine and can't enjoy it for fear of a massive heart attack...
Same problem is also linked to alcohol and after the last few weekends enjoying some vino I've found my heart rhythm f*cked up again as well!
I wonder what else I'm going to have to give up?!
I'm only 35 fer ***** sake.
