Trying to make a claim against one of their drivers and they refuse to send me forms saying I will have to claim through my own insurance and then try and get them to get it back from Norwich Union. I said no way and they argued the toss with me as I said i'm not having my insurance affected by their driver who was at 100% fault. They told me they couldn't help me, then I told them I would in that case make an official complaint about them to to the Insurance Ombudsman as they are refusing to let me make a claim against one of their insured drivers. Then as I said that they decided to put me through to the claims department! Still on hold but shows what a bunch of ******* lieing tossers and rip off merchants they are mention official complaint to insurnance ombudsman and suddenly they change their tune! theres a surprise!

Sorry your wrong. I went to my own insurance company and told them and they said too damn right they should have taken my details over the phone or sent out a claims form. So they have taken my details and given them to the legal team thats inculded with my insurance and does not involve an excess etc, the legal team will be contacting NU on Monday to make the claim on my behalf as they wouldn't deal with me!

Oh and I didn't bully anyone, they were trying to bullsh!t their way out of it and make me claim on my own insurance - you weren't party to the conversation so you don't know what they said!
