the chosen one

hey just recently bought a IRiver (the model above) and i'm not able to tune in my own radio stations but stays with the custom one which comes with the IRiver when you buy it, read instructions and tryed what they've said in them but nothings seemed to have worked!!! anyone had any similar problems? or could it just be my IRiver?
