Question Best place to buy Euros?

Travelling tomorrow, need a couple of hundred quids worth of Euros. I seem to remember the Post Office is low commission / good exchange rate, is that right?

thanks for any help, Craig

post office is hassle free, no charge, no commission etc, decent enough rate.

cash machine when you land at your destinations airport, no cash charge you pay your banks exchange rate. This is what i do for work every other week by far the easiest and the cheapest option.

Some Post Offices do not have Euros in stock, so they would need to be ordered and paid for, and then collected another day.

I used Travelex from the airport terminal and to be fair, it was a close enough to the post office rate, if you don't take the buy back option.

Agreed. I normally have to pay a £1.50 ATM fee and that's it.

Cheers
