Angry Max Power Chavs/Chavettes

Sorry for the banter but what is it with the chavs/chavettes around the vallies? I cant go out for a little drive anymore without a maxed out corsa or escort following about 3foot from my bumper. The funny thing is they think they can overtake you and sometimes will do absolutelty anything in order to get past.

Theres no hope, honestly

Seen a maxed out smart car round that way quite a lot - absolutely kills me whenever i see it.

Think the body kit is bigger than the car!

I had some guy in a beaten up old fiesta have a go at me the other day.. some people havent the brains they were born with... worst place in my opinion is Bristol.. hundreds of them in the centre.. novas/fiestas/escorts the usual sort of thing.. too many furry dice to actually see out of the windscreen..

Mind you i go a bit quickly through the city centre as if you stop long enough they will have your wheels off...:-)

Have to say that essex is worse!

Go to uni in swansea, but come from essex.

Maybe i was sub-consciously drawn to swansea so that i would never be too far from the chavs! onder2:

I had a new experience the other night.....

Driving out of Swansea, past fforestfach way, had a chap sitting just behind me in a porsche boxter, the ****ty little 2.7ltr model. well he sat behind me all the way through the 30mph and 40mph zone, then the same thing up the dual carriageway towards Garngoch.
Turned onto the bypass towards Swansea Sound, he had dropped off on the roundabout and seemed to slow down. Then it happened !
He must have sat there waiting for his moment...... He had floored it and was passing me doing about 100mph...
I was cruising at about 65mph so inevitably he passed with ease.
You should have seen the look on his face, he thought he was the MUTTZ NUTTZ cos he had passed me. Cheeky old ******* even looked down his nose at my car cos he was in a boxter..... the car was at least 5yr old and yellow of all colours....
Was gonna follow him and slap the look off his face but i let it be in the end... If it makes him feel better about himself then carry on. Had quite a laugh about it later on..........

That chavscum website makes me lmao!! its class.

Those porker wabs think they rule the road in their poor man porsche. Any scooby of evo would show them up in a second.

Im not sure about essex though but i believe Bristol is bad for chascum. In my raving days we attended a rave in bristol and there was a convoy of about 3 cars. The two in front of me stopped at some traffic lights and were immediately set upon by some black guys wearing lots of big jewellery and Baseball caps. Lots more then came and they were all over the car, on the bonnet, roof etc, kicking crap outta it. Needless to say i didnt hang around and shuved it in to reverse. Bye bye chavscum !!! If i remember rightly there was a post on here about having a meet in bristol to go to a special 3D cinema. ahhhhh!!! me not think so, espcially in the scoobies, defo bad idea. (there you go sam, its scooby related now so you can move it back)

Chavscum are getting like gatso's. More and more are springing up and nobody seems to be doing anything about it lol

What, the "poor man's Porsche" that costs more than a "rich man's Scoob"?

A Boxster has a lot more class than any Subaru will ever have. As for the 5 years old jibe -- do you want to come and have a go at my 6-year old car?

Like BMW's have?? Porsche drivers have an ego problem thats why they have to be seen in them, they are not fast for the money and not practical either, I can afford one easily before anyone starts but I like the stealth look and watching the porsche badge disappear in my rear view

1 of my neighbours is the same, can't stand the boy racers. I live about 4 miles from Rtec, and the amount of max chavs is growing He has a TR7 which when it sees daylight for some reason all the chavs try to race him, (they leave me alone). What they don't know but very quickly find out, whilst its a TR7 body, it is infact a Cossie block and running gear underneath!!!!!

As a relatively young Scooby owner, I get this quite a bit too. The best thing to do when one pulls up along side you to race is to just give them a look that expresses a combination of incredulity and mild sympathy That really gets on their nerves!. If they tailgate, just wave them past.... preferably just before a gatso

Best.

I quite often just point and laugh and then gesture to let them past.
This seems to cause an overload of their brain.
Do they a) Hang around and have a go. or b) speed off anyway.
b) usually wins !! But it's quite funny to watch!

Glad to here you like Chavscum lads, its a quality laugh, check out some of the links on there aswell, the boys racers one is real funny.

What i like to do (road + safety permitting), is let them get on your bumper and purposefully start to slowly speed down. Then comes the best bit, just as either you can see them about to overtake or you can here "the BORE ?" sound, drop the box (or not in some cases), wait for them to pull up next to really trying. . . . . . . Then floor it and blow them away leaving them looking like idiots for 1) trying 2) loosing very miserably 3) being left in the fast lane where they are supposed to overtake and finally 4) to watch their "SHAZA" girlfriends give them a rollocking!!!!!

But do be careful, because you can guarantee that after you've embarassed them and slowed back down to a sensible (ish) speed quite some distance away, they will to try and redeem themselves after their car has finally accelerated (term used loosly) and overtake anyway possible..............

hence making them look even worse......! ! ! ! ! !

This is actually quite funny - you're saying that every Boxster driver has an ego problem? Why exactly? Have you driven one, or even read a magazine article that says that they are the the best sportscar on the market?

Taffy, you could do that, but why risk getting points on your licence for them. If they're with their Gfs and are giving you gip at the lights, it's much better -and much meaner- to roll your window down and ask the female chav (loud, so the male chav partner can hear)

"So you like fast cars do you?"

They'll invariably reply:

"yes"

Then just blip your engine a few times and let her hear that wonderful flat four growl and say:

"Just something for you to think about next time you're in the back seat of that car"

Then just drive of really slowly to highlight the point that it's be such a no contest its not worth you bothering with.

Works a treat!

Best.

Tiggs.

Surely you're not suggesting that joe public thinks a Subaru driver is driven by exactly the same type of person as a maxed out Nova!?!?!

thats exactly what i suggest.

joe blogs would place a scoob (esp an old shape) in the same class as spoilered up saxos and anything else with a loud exhaust.

i'd be surprised if ferrari forums have tales of blokes in 355's mocking scoob drivers for their chav-tastic choice of transport......maybe you lot have more to prove?
