Default ISA investment fund -- where to start?

I'm looking for an ISA investment fund (unit trust type). I'm looking for an independent review of funds/providers including performance and charges. Where's a good place to start?

www.morningstar.co.uk is going to give you fund/sector comparisons, purely on performance, BUT this will give you no mention of charges, risk rationale, asset allocation, portfolio management, etc.

Try and pick it yourself if you like, but I would recommend speaking to an investment professional. Try www.unbiased.co.uk to find one close to you.
