How can I find out who the landlord of a property is?

Basically next door is rented, no idea who the letting agent is. For the 7th time in 3 months the police have been round and enough is enough I want to tell the landlord what's going on ... but can't contact him.

Is there a way of finding out? Some sort of register?

Personally I think all rented propert should have a big sign up all the time so people know they have 'renters' near by or 'scum of the earth' as I like to call them (mine not all of course)!

The land register should tell you who owns the property. It won't tell you how to contact them, but provides a starter for ten.

What about the huge amount of people in rented property who maintain the houses very well (even improving them in some cases) and live a quiet life?

People rent properties for a number of reasons, did you think about that?

Have you tried contacting local letting agents?

I said mine I.e. the bad renters I have next to me not all renters!!!

And yes I have contact local letting agents but no success so far.
