I had a very unpleasant memory of that just shoot through my mind. St Anton, Feb 2002, about 4am. Stroh involved.
Memo to self: NEVER again

kinda like toffee vodka does to me when I think of the Rond Point in Meribel! and Mutzig for that matter!
Were you in Scotties or KK's drinking Stroh in St Anton by any chance? - edited to say must have been Kanderhar or Kartouche by the time(don't know which existed when you were there!)

I've had it in the UK. Normally someone has brought it back from abroad. There is also a Stroh 100 IIRC.
Any Stroh tastes revolting, rather like drinking mouthwash. I couldn't imagine drinking it all night though. More like the last drink that ensures the hangover the next day is a real biggy.
Edited to add there is no Stroh 100 (see here) I must have been really pickled by the stuff.

ahhhhhh, stroh.
Happy memories
I recall being ambushed by a lovely lass, who gave me a shot of this and baileys as soon as I stepped foot at the BBQ. Start to a great evening, along with absinthe! yummy!

My pleasure Anna I vaugley recall you said "here drink this, it's good for you" lol. Well it certainly liberated me lol
My thoughts were exactly the same when I read the title as well, images flooding back, hedges, injuries, swingball, jaffa cakes, wetsuits, hats, fire, and lots of other things
Reminds me, got to nip off down the offie to pick up a couple of bottles of white and some voddy, along with DC and OJ. That little combination should ensure a very pleasant night indeed
