Yup - most independants do, dunno about the big boys like The Link etc

My sister looked into this a month or two ago but I picked one up off of ebay for less than a fiver for her
That one has 300 texts per month included too

yeah the link does... most phone shops do... as well as the individual netwrok shops like O2 vodaphone and orange.
