Ouch and more ouch! Had to look away at some of that cutting the nipples off!
Strange that pretty blonde girl felt she needed them reduced......although they did look rather perky afterwards!

That operation was amazing, far more complex than I first thought it would be.
I think the tall blonde girl who was a student doctor had serious psychological problems (body dysmorphic syndrome anybody?!) and didn't need the operation. She didn't need a shrink to assess her as "borderline", it was bloody obvious.
Also, that was the first female plastic surgeon I have ever seen - makes a pleasant change!

i didnt see it, but i saw clips of it on gmt and the blonde was there with that randy doc hillary sex case bloke
