Colonic Irrigation!
Anyone see those two fast food munching fatties on CH4's "You are what you eat".
Showed them having this colonic irrigation lark. Bloody hell, wouldnt want that nozzle shoved up my ar$e
.
As for the stuff that was coming out, wouldn't fancy the job of doing it either.

It's not that great for you either. You need bacteria in your gut. Irrigation removes it all for a while.....until it regenerates.
"Dr" Gillian McKeith's PhD is from one of these online universities in the USA. £200 for her PhD. Her "techniques" are not well recognised by proper doctors
