Alternatives to alcohol.
Hi peeps,
As per title really, just trying to figure out some alternatives to beer Need to cut down a bit because my wasteline is expanding and my bank balance shrinking lol.
I can never seem to find a good alternative to beer that I actually enjoy. Can anyone suggest anything.
I know some people will say coke, but you cant drink that all night can you !
Any suggestions welcome.

Do some serious exercise before you go for a session.
The alcohol gets into your system quicker, making you drunk quicker thereby reducing your alcohol consumption.
With the weather as it is now, finding a good alternative to a nice cold Stella is going to be really difficult.
A few of my friends gave up drinking altogether for a couple of months.
Now, they don't drink at all [as they feel healthier] and have mainly different kinds of fruit juices.
Problem is, you have to want to stop. Other problem is that Stella is just sooo nice.
I often drive when we go out now. This stops me drinking and then its mainly fruit juices. Unfortunately no bars sell Copella Apple and Elderflower which is really, really nice.

I've stopped mid-week drinking.
As an alternative I "use" unsweetened grapefruit juice & water 50/50 mix. If you imagin hard enough it's almost like Gin & Tonic

Soda water and lime -
Can be drunk all night without any of the side effects of cola, etc.
Boring as **** mind, but a refreshing alternative to beer .

Alchohol is a big factor in putting on unnecessory weight no doubt.I reckon if you make sure you only drink the weekends rather that a few beers every night, that should help.
A mate of mine gave up completely and just drank glasses of water one after another to satisfy the habit of drinking. It was hard but he says he felt so much healthier, brighter and alive. He lost two stones in a couple of months!
Coke and fizzy drinks cause weight gain.
He did say that drinking so much water made him run for a wee quite often but thats what he preferred than having a huge beer belly.

No.
But you get my drift.
If something tastes bad, I have been known to say "That tastes like ****."
I havent tasted ****, but I imagine it not to taste very nice.

Another one for redbull. I do two cans and two bottles of lucozade when I go out.
Look at the effects and see for yourself why i like it so much!
