Best place to buy sparkling wine in bulk?
I'm getting hitched in 3 weeks and wondered if anyone could suggest the best place to buy sparkling wine in bulk for the toasts after the ceremony?
I'm probably looking for around 20 bottles.

Depends who has offers on at the time, but Majestic wine warehouses are always worth a look - got Lanson Black Label for £11/bottle in bulk last year...

If its just for the toasts then your wanting something pretty middle of the road and easy for everyone to drink. The supermarkets are the cheapest places for booze and Asda will do you a bottle of Cava for around £4-£5,if your buying in bulk even ask the manager for a wee discountits worth a bash!

I'd agree with that. Cheap champagne is often bettered by decent non-champagne sparkling wine.
ie, you'll get some really decent fizz from Oz for well under a tenner a bottle. A decent Cava is also appropriate....
Champagne is nice to make the event 'feel right', but at the end of the day, no-one is going to judge your wedding day on what type of champagne/fizz you have.
Anyway, if the fizz is being poured by waiters/waitresses, the guests might never see the bottle, and if poured at the table, the bottle is more than likely going to be wrapped in a white linen pouring cloth....
...ie, no-one may ever see the labels!
