Question building up my appetite

Hi peeps, Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to build my appetite up?
Most mornings when I wake I feel hungry, a slice of toast or even a yogurt seems to fill me and I can go without eating much more untill around Tea time. Other times I can go through till 3pm without a bite to eat but when it comes to eating something I can barely finish a decent meal.
I think my stomach has possibly shrunk but what can I do?

Cheers

That's if you can afford to burn off fat.

turbonutter,

I've got a simlar problem. I leave for work without having breakfast and usually skip lunch. Then when it comes to dinner time, I can't eat a huge amount. I've been trying to eat in small stages to try and increase my appetite so far its not working but thats my own fault for not sticking to my plan.

I've been a bit unwell recently so I've lost about a stone in weight and could really do with putting that weight back on again.

if your that botherd look into protein shakes. 30-60g protein per drink. most gym people take them. Add 50-100g oats youve got a meal replacement
