need a wind up letter for a m8

looking to wind my m8 up,

anybody got an official type letter that I can doctor to wind him up, better if its a word doc or something

I once sent a mate a letter from "Gay Exchange" thanking him for his photoset and that they'd be appearing in next months issue.

Send one on behalf of the NHS saying that they are contacting all the partners of his girlfried/ex-girlfriend.

State that they are doing so to screen people for herpes.. and that you have managed to track down 16 males associated with her for the past two years, not including the local rugby team
