Question Projector recomendation needed

Hi,

I need to buy projector for business presentations, semi portable as it will be used between two offices and sometimes at clients.

Since I havent a clue about res/lumens etc I would welcome any recomendations, budget is around £700 - £1500

Thanks!

Have a look at this for a guide and some info.

I will have a word with a mate who re-sells projectors today, he had some cheapish 2000 lumen XGA projectors around your budget.

I have 3m business projector which goes to 1024 x 788 which I was about to advertise on ebay. It'll come in under your budget. Works perfectly and has a remote control and soft carry-case. PM me if interested.

I have a Sony CX5 which may come under your budget now the price has fallen. can't remember facts, but high output, easy to use, compact and light, remote and our offices have used them for several years without faults in all kinds of conditions. Best feature (for me) is the ability to use a memory stick.

I work in schools and can move between a hall and a small room with just the projector. no cables just a power cord, and no start up time, in 15 seconds you presentation on on screen. It does have limits however as the stick does not carry all the animations, but you can work around that by increasing the number of slides.
