Parcel Force 48 hour will cost you about £13 maybe a little more if its over 12kg its insured (cant remember for how much though). Posted loads of stuff with them including a few exhausts and never had any problems. You can get to their site through the Royal Mail site. Put your details in stick card details in and they will collect from you or you can do it over the phone

A bloke who bought an exhaust off me arranged to have it picked up by http://www.parcels2go.co.uk for £10.
Not a bad price either as it was pretty damn heavy at 22kgs! (OEM M3 exhaust)
