Cool

think ronny is running his skyline as is kieth cowie even faster is a staight line(9.95 1/4 @155mph ) so i would have thought one of those two are favourite, and i think they both have "more" power this year

mike playing it safe with the skylines

Just be different - there are meant to be a couple of very fast modified Ruf Porsches which should be entertaining Don't think they'll win overall, but they should be damn good fun

What about the RC development car (Evo6) running 0ver 900+bhp. Think they are still setting it up but there are a few evo guys with big power cars this year.

Its gonna be good

It should be interesting this year, thats for sure. Certainly a good few 10second cars, and some potenial 9 second cars.

Handling wise, it could be anyones IMO, due to the new rules, ie limited runs until a certain time.

Will be an interesting day, whatever happens

When you're there, check out the CRX's!

There are some interesting entries the ones to watch will be the candy red one and the yellow one with the carbon bonnet.. and maybe the orange one!

OK, they're not going to slay any Skylines, but it's always interesting to watch a FWD car try to hold down 280+bhp (at the wheels!!)

Andy.. there nothing special chatted to the owner of the yellow one at elvington..

Out of the subarus my moneys on andy forrest.

Skylines Keith (dunno what its set up for but suspect this may win), Hugh or Ronnie.. dont know much about any others.

Evos? Tony Rodriguez, Seahaven, RC devs with their 3 bar of boost , or Norris
Anybody that think their small turbo with 400bhp LOL... (tunnel vision )

Cossies, Rod Tarry.

supra.. hmm Paul Whiffin depending on clutch. or Calder depending on what tyres they replace the hoosiers with.

As for my postion?

Lucky to be there engine hasnt even turned over.. waiting for SFS Performance.

Mark had the black one, but should have moved to his candy red Mugen CRX.
Adam has the orange (NSX Orange BTW) Mugen CRX.
Bill has the yellow one with the carbon bonnet.
I can't remember what colour Dan's car is, but it is running a 1.8 lump!

All are turbo'd in some fashion or another!

I should head up there as I know a few of the people competing, but I really don't have the spare cash for tickets, petrol and accomodation! The wedding is sapping all my cash at the moment!

I didn't say they would, I just said they would be interesting to watch!!

Although it would be cool to watch someone other than Andy Nicholls win the FWD section! Whether it's a Ford, Rover, Honda, whatever!

You must be lying, at 5'11", I have 2" of leg room behind my seat!

Then again, we managed to get 9 people in a mk2 VW Golf 1.3C! But we did fold down the back seat and fit six people in the back! That was an interesting trip to the pub...

Dont underestimate these in the FWD class, I have seen the ammount of prep that has gone into them via fccuk, much development from last year, 2.4 litre 20 valve turbo might give the legendary Maestro something to think about.
