Just to let you know I stopped smoking on Sunday So far so good. I know it's early days yet but three days for me is great - especially for me to be feeling this good! I doubt very much I will have a relapse - Allan Carr talks sense!!
Thank you!
Thank you!

good on ya!
I gave up a year ago, but relapsed recently,
dont let your guard down as I did (and get savagely w4nkered one night and start again) and you'll see it through.

(switched to silk cut ultra low before setting this monday morning as my new stopping date)

Well done, keep at it. I've given up several times, once for three years, and a few times for a few months. Can't remember why I started again each time, but wish I hadn't!
Without being negative, I found the worst time to be around 16-21 days, ish, I think. But it's just a few bad days and after that it's pretty much out of your system.
Good luck!

Well done you! Hope you're putting the money you're saving towards something nice!
I know someone who tried that. They just wrote a note to themselves which quoted the book. Something about the fact that if you injected the nicotine form 1 cigarrette directly into your blood stream, it would kill you.
Hope it continues to go well!

Of course DBW . I have a date this weekend, so something nice to wear will be bought as a treat
SiPie; I thought you stopped smoking before then!
Dream Weaver; I didn't cut down purposely - whilst reading the book I enjoyed it less each time which made me smoke less. If you are going to stop just stop, it's nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be!
Cheers CW

Good luck with your hot date and well done for becoming and remaining a non smoker. I'm sure you can do it.
