Selling alcohol at 16

My daughter who is 16 next week has been offered a part time job serving behind a bar. Now the landlord does not know her real age, as she does look a little older than 16. What i`d like to know, is she allowed to sell alcohol even though she`s not old enough to drink.

No. He will know the real age when he askes for ID to verify the national insran details.

No, you have to be over 18 to sell it as well. Supermarkets get away with it coz they have to call someone to check you out, but its not allowed in bars....
