Default Employment Contract Legal Jargon help required

Looking for some advice, can anyone tell me exactly what the paragraphs below mean

4.3 at any time before or after the Termination Date, induce or seek to induce by any means involving the disclosure or use of Confidential Business Information any Customer to cease dealing with the Company or any Group Company or to restrict or vary the terms upon which it deals with the Company or any Group Company
4.5 at any time after the Termination Date represent himself or permit himself to be held out by any person, firm or company as being in any way connected with or interested in the Company or any Group Company
PM me if necessary and I can tell you more about why I am asking

Steve

the first bit means that you can't try to steal their customers or give confidential information (such as customer lists ) to their competitors, before or after you've been given the boot.

the second bit seems to mean that you can't pretend that you still work for them after you've been given the boot.

4.3 At any time in your life, to persuade someone (by using confidential info) to stop dealing with the company. Usually means, when you go to work with a competitor you can't take your clients. Check their definition of Confidential Business Information, see how wide it is. Not sure if they can legally do this for life, only for the next ?few months/years.

4.5 If you're sacked, you can't claim you're still working for them. Seems reasonable.

Those are my guesses.

as above, but the first one needs a definition of "Confidential Business Information" to be founded upon.

I have the definition of the above, plus a whole load of other stuff
