Turbohot

I come from sunny country.In summer I love it in UK but when it starts to go darker with winter approaching,it gets me down.It takes me about a week or so and then once I am used to it,I feel OK.Recently,It has been dark and cloudy in Wales (not cold tho ).I think it has made me feel a bit uncomfortable.Do you think Its SAD what people get here in Winter.If it is, whats the remedy? I have heard of some special bulbs/lighting etc.I must say in winter I change my 60W bulbs to 100W.
Just to let you know I am not a "sad" person !

I get this also, winter is a depressing time.

COOOLD
No green leaves on the trees.
Sun is sickly on overcast sky.

Just got to wait for summer.
