Been ok for me on ADSL so far today. That said last time they had a major outage I was affected so that evens it out

Just been able to connect this minute, I've been off all day.

Just need to calculate what I hold back from payment now.

Big Col- Twice in the last 3 months I've been using Pipex or Poopex as they are known today!!

Otherwise no problems, oh and 1st outage was an hour.

You decide.

I think their reliable.

Been with them since Jan 03 and this is the first time its been down.

Few Mates are on cable and bt and they seem to always have trouble.

Most people I know are on pipex and I'm the first to lose connection.

I'm with PIPEX and have been since October. 1st class service, very good provider. This is the first outage that has affected me. Big Col - i recommend them as an ISP.

Eh? If you mean they use BT exchanges then yes - but so does everyone else. If you mean IP backbone then no they use MCI.

Not quite Telewest doesn't use BT? Or at least i don't think thery do because they use cable rather then adsl.

durr, that explains it. I thought my computer had gone ****-up this morning. a few vain attempts to re-install the software and I gave up.

Working fine now though, and this is the first time Pipex has gone down on me.(fnarr fnarr)

I've been with Pipex 9 years.
Only ever had 4 outages.
Well above average ISP, but a bit pricey.
I can't say the others are any better (having experienced most of them).

Been with Pipex Broadband for years, can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times it has been a problem. Other providers seem to have more frequent outages according to friends.
