How do I set the default option to NONE..
And how do I remove them all??

Hi David
Go into user CP, Subscribed threads, view all subscribed threads, check notification then go down to the bottom where it says "selected threads" and select "no email notification"
To set default to none go into user CP again and edit options, Messaging & notification.
