I used to have a copy of this - bought from an advert in the back of Top Gear magazine - about 4 years ago.

Interesting reading but I was slightly dubious of some of the methods of avoiding prosecution - for starters the book advised you to go to court REGARDLESS of the offense...

I'll try and dig my copy out this evening but I expect the 'tips and tricks' are out of date and the loopholes closed by now...
