In Search of Tony Blair
Anybody see this 2 hour programme? I know it was on at an awkward time so I recorded it out of curiousity. I'm just watching it now and it's a gold mine of fact about the man behind the mask. And what a creepy character he really is Far worse than I thought. An arch manipulator, and... number one fan of Thatcher.
Really interesting stuff.

Nope, missed it unfortunately (pub was more favourable ) however it doesn't surprise me. I always find people, like Tony Blair, who have obviously read body language books particulary loathsome and transparent when you see them putting on the act of their lives and yet still managing to look insincere and desperate. Still, when Labour got in it was still enough to fool the majority of the electorate who, one hopes, will be able to spot the signs next time round.
Did they manage to expose any other bombshells worth knowing?

The voice-over seemed to want to make political points - this is a real shame as it could well have been an interesting and eye-opening view of Mr Blair
As it was, I must admit I didn't really see any point to it other than promoting the guys book - a bit pointless really (well except for the people who got paid to make it )
