New camera

I can see what's going to happen if this comes into force. You leave a nice gap in front of you, someone cuts in just as you go past a camera, snap, oh look, you get nobbled for tailgaiting when some **** cut into your safety zone.

I can understand this being dangerous, but it will have to be good to make sure people don't needlessly get prosecuted

 

Be good fun these, every time any one sees a camera like this they dob the brakes hard so as to ensure they dont get done to the guy in front but the poor b*stard behind gets done instead...........................

Have they really thought this out? What about slow moving traffic parked cars, overtaking a parked car etc etc.............

 

Welcome to the 20th Century Britain... Germany has these in use for years.,,.. On almost every overpass. There are white lines painted on the roads, and if you and the guy in front are between them, then bang - piccy

etc etc

 

Can't they just have something a little simpler? Like a stinger missile up the chuff if you're too close? That'd do it better I reckon

 

Damn, there goes my justification for buying a flamer kit...

 

FFS, you will be a bag of nerves by the end of your journey

We will all need co-pilots just to watch out for all the cameras, whilst we concentrate on the driving

I do not condone tailgating BTW

 

As much as i hate them i think a flame kit could be the answer, certainly a lot of bodyshops will be getting 3 series BMW's in with scorched bumpers
